Selected formulations may also be suitable for associated governors, bearings and control systems where the same lubricant type is specified.

  • Circulating Oils

Designed for industrial circulating systems, bearings and lightly loaded machinery requiring dependable lubrication, good oxidation resistance, water separation and protection against rust and corrosion.

  • Heat-Transfer Fluids

Thermally stable fluids developed for closed, indirect heating and cooling systems. They provide efficient heat transfer, resistance to oxidation and controlled deposit formation across the recommended operating-temperature range.

  • Transformer Oils

Specialized insulating oils developed to provide electrical insulation, heat dissipation and oxidation stability in correctly specified transformers and electrical equipment. Transformer-oil selection and handling must follow the applicable equipment and electrical-safety requirements.

  • Metalworking Fluids

A range of lubricants and fluids developed for machining, cutting, grinding, forming and other metalworking operations. Selected products provide cooling, lubrication, surface-quality control, tool protection and corrosion resistance.

The range may include neat cutting oils, soluble metalworking fluids, forming oils and application-specific process lubricants.

  • Slideway Oils

Formulated for machine-tool slideways, guides and tables requiring strong surface adhesion, smooth movement and protection against stick-slip, wear and corrosion. Selected grades are designed to provide effective separation from compatible water-miscible metalworking fluids.

  • Spindle Oils

Low-viscosity lubricants developed for high-speed machine-tool spindles, precision bearings and selected circulating systems requiring rapid flow, low friction and dependable oxidation protection.

  • Industrial Chain Oils

Adhesive lubricants designed for chains, conveyors and drive systems operating under continuous motion, elevated loads or demanding environmental conditions. Selected products provide penetration, film retention and protection against wear and corrosion.

  • Rock-Drill and Pneumatic-Tool Oils

Specialized lubricants developed for pneumatic tools, rock drills and air-line lubrication systems operating under impact loads, moisture and severe working conditions. These oils provide adhesion, wear protection, corrosion resistance and dependable lubrication of moving components.

  • Process and General-Purpose Oils

Selected oils developed for industrial processes, textile machinery, lightly loaded equipment and general lubrication duties where controlled viscosity, cleanliness and material compatibility are required.

Application-focused product selection

Industrial lubricants are not interchangeable solely because they share the same viscosity grade. Hydraulic oils, gear oils, compressor oils, turbine oils and circulating oils use different additive systems and are designed for different mechanical, thermal and contamination-control requirements.

The correct product must be selected according to equipment design, operating temperature, load, speed, contamination risk, seal and material compatibility, required performance standard and manufacturer recommendation. Where operating conditions are uncertain, VORTEX technical support can assist with reviewing the application and identifying an appropriate lubricant solution.

07

Quality, technical support and reliability

From base-oil and additive selection through formulation, blending, laboratory verification, filling and final packaging, VORTEX Industrial Lubricants are managed through defined quality-control procedures. This disciplined approach supports accurate viscosity, balanced additive performance and dependable batch-to-batch consistency.

VORTEX also provides technical and after-sales support to assist customers with product selection, lubricant consolidation, application review and the interpretation of equipment requirements. This service-oriented approach helps industrial operators protect critical assets, improve lubricant management and maintain dependable operational performance.
